Please choose carefully, due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless found to be faulty. If faulty, please notify us within 5 business days.
VEILS
Please choose carefully, veils cannot be returned or exchanged unless found to be faulty. If faulty, please notify us within 5 business days.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as Two Hearts Bridal Studio cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. Please ensure you hold onto the tracking number until you are notified the items have been received by Two Hearts Bridal Studio.
Once Two Hearts Bridal Studio has received your returned package, all items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued. You will be notified via email within 2 business days after the item(s) is received in our studio. Please allow 7-10 business days from then for your refund to revert back into your account.
Two Hearts Bridal Studio reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled or damaged in any way. These rejected items will be returned to sender.
