DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

WHAT DOES A BRIDAL FITTING INVOLVE/COST & HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING ALONG ?
Your bridal gown fitting will last for approximately 1 hour. This is a private, personalised appointment in our boutique Brisbane (New Farm) studio whereby you will have the opportunity to try on our sample gowns, helping you find the perfect gown style and fit.
We allow the Bride to bring along 4 guests max. to their 1 hour Bridal Fitting appointment.
If possible please wear nude underwear/shapewear and avoid too much make up.
Please arrive fresh & clean, out of respect to our garments and the next client trying on.
Your appointment will cost $25.
WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
We can manufacture from Size 2 to 26 AUS, we will order your dress as close to your current size as possible.
Our Studio sample gown sizes are listed under individual Bridal Gowns.
DO YOU OFFER MADE TO MEASURE?
We will order your dress as close to your current size as possible, based on our studio
samples and using your body measurements.
WILL I REQUIRE ALTERATIONS?
Most dresses will require alterations, these are covered by the bride. We recommend Alter Ego in Fortitude Valley.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY GOWN?
We suggest at least 6 - 8 months before your wedding date. This will allow time for alterations.
ORDERING YOUR GOWN
When you are ready to order your gown, we require a signed bridal waiver and a 50% deposit
(at that time we will take your measurements).
Upon completion of a thorough quality check, a 50% balance is payable upon the arrival of
your gown in our studio (prior to collection).
Collection and Steaming of your gown are included in your cost.
DO WE HIRE OR SELL WEDDING GOWNS?
We only sell new gowns (made to order), based on our studio samples.
We do not hire out Wedding gowns.
We are not bridal gown re-sellers either.
RETURNS
Your dress is made specifically for you, so unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
CHANGE OF MIND
Unfortunately we do not refund due to change of mind.
